Style conventions

I am going to try and standardise my styles.

Source code should be like this:

puts ">Hello world<"

Commands I type in should be like this:

>hello.rb

Responses from applications should be like this:

>Hello world<

ps I am using ScribeFire and thanks to cfinke now the round tripping of editing preserves quoted characters.
